Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Email us at lucie@thesilklady.com within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.
Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
3. Shipping Costs
Returns: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items to us.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for an exchange or issue a refund as needed, covering all shipping costs in such cases.
